Specks World provides a space for users to interact with fictional characters called Specks. These interactions are for entertainment, reflection, and social insight. The Specks are fictional and should not be relied on for advice of any kind.

• Not to attempt to manipulate or abuse the gesture system
• Not to use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• To maintain the security of your account credentials

3. Content and Data

• Your gesture interactions are stored to generate impressions and contribute to WE FEEL.
• You grant us a limited license to use anonymized interaction data to improve our service and generate collective insights.
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

4. Impressions

The impressions Specks form are generated based on your interactions. They are not psychological assessments or judgments. They are creative interpretations meant to provide a moment of reflection, not analysis.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep Specks World available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or negatively impact the service or other users.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Specks World is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service.
